Jamie Oliver’s most recent book has sold over 1/4 of a million copies in it’s first few weeks on the shelves, quite something. David Loftus shot the entire book under studio lighting conditions using a single table top throughout in order to help emphasise the simplicity of the recipes. Obviously two ingredients for success!
